Haul-Outs & Shipyard Projects
Full haul-out coordination — scheduling, blocking, bottom paint, through-hull inspections, cutlass bearing checks, prop work, zinc replacement, and antifouling. We supervise the yard period from start to splash so you don't have to. Whether it's a routine annual haul or a major refit period, Halcyon is on-site managing quality and timeline.

Washdowns & Professional Detailing
Bi-weekly or weekly saltwater rinsing of hull, deck, and cockpit. Premium detailing adds full compound, wax and seal treatment, complete stainless polish, brightwork care, teak conditioning, and canvas inspection. Your vessel looks like she just left the showroom every time you arrive — and every time a potential buyer walks the dock.

Engine Room & Mechanical
Regular engine room inspections covering fluid levels, belt condition, hose integrity, corrosion monitoring, and raw water system checks. Sea strainer cleaning, A/C unit servicing, and generator hour logging. We track every interval against manufacturer specs and schedule ahead — so breakdowns don't happen, they get prevented.

Guest Experience & Provisioning

We provision your vessel before you arrive — spirits, champagne, charcuterie, fresh fruit, ice, and everything in between — matched to your guest list and occasion. Day trips, client entertainment, family weekends, sunset cruises — we plan it so the experience feels effortless, memorable, and exactly right for the people on board.

Captain Services & Quick Deliveries
Licensed 200-ton USCG captain for day trips, sandbar runs, Bahamas passages, and extended voyages. We also handle vessel deliveries — moving your boat from the Northeast to South Florida, between marinas, or anywhere it needs to go. Reliable, experienced, and operated under a licensed Florida LLC.

Pre-Sale Preparation & Broker Support
Working with a broker to sell your vessel? We prepare it. Full detail, mechanical service, systems check, cosmetic touch-ups, and documentation of all recent maintenance. A well-presented vessel sells faster and for more money — we make sure yours shows at its absolute best. We work directly with brokers to coordinate access, inspections, and sea trials. We also shoot the listing media in-house — drone photography and video, walkthrough footage, and edited cuts ready for the broker's listing and your social feeds.

Weekly photo updates and monthly PDF reports covering every service performed, every dollar spent, and every upcoming task.
